Shipping & Delivery

The works are packaged by the artist and follow a specific packaging process. We confirm the packaging with the artist before shipping and take care to make sure the work is properly protected.

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 7 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist’s availability, potential framing of a work and the distance between the artist’s studio and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use DHL or specialist art delivery companies.

The artworks are always packed so that nothing can happen to them on the way. We use DHL as the carrier for this. If the sale value of the painting exceeds 3,000€, we hire specialized art transport with appropriate transport racks for safer loading and specially for art air-conditioned vehicles.

Absolutely! Autre Art organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!

Return policy

Of course. Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email

Register your return via email. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

You have 14 days from the moment of delivery of the artwork to inform us about the return. You then have another 14 days to send us the package. After that, your right of withdrawal expires.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The best way to send it back is in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for an exchange of products.
